Something for everyone
Today, it seems, isn't really Presidents Day at all. According to the Feds it's just Washington's Birthday, with the Senate celebrating according to tradition with a reading of Washington's farewell address. Most people these days add their own favorite presidents to the mix along with him.
So I suppose in some homes there's a celebration of Ronald Reagan, complete with bad jokes about nuclear launches, astrology readings, and cowboy movies. The tradition in Clinton homes might include eating fried chicken, holding a jam session, and blowjobs.
On reflection, I'm beginning to understand Clinton's popularity.

Let me know if you decide to hold any "Clinton's Birthday" parties. And be sure to invite Monica, too.
Knowing me, I'll probably get invited to a W party, where we'll spy on people, out eachothers' wives to the media, then shoot our friends in the face.
