My thanks to Maximus of Voltage for pointing me to this NYC public service announcement. It is one of the finest and creepiest things I have seen this year, but then, I do so love David Lynch...

Have David Lynch's agent call Cripin Glover's agent and do lunch. These guys need to work together.
