It is a truism that creative people are rarely the most organized individuals. Accordingly many of us haven't taken adequate care in planning for our eventual demise, particularly as regards the fate of our creative works. Author and blogger Neil Gaiman has an excellent post (and has made a crusade of) educating writers about creating an appropriate will. He even includes a sample will, with suggestions on how it could be adapted for use by artists and musicians.
